After the wake-up, we often find ourselves standing at the edge of something. What was familiar no longer fits, but what’s next hasn’t quite arrived. This is the threshold.

It’s not always comfortable. It can feel like standing between stories, with old patterns loosening and new ways not yet fully formed. It’s messy. It’s tender. And it’s where transformation starts to take root.

What the Threshold can teach us

* That discomfort can mean you’re growing

* That the in-between holds insight

* That you don’t have to rush through it

Working with this space

In coaching, I often sit with people here. We pause. We notice what’s shifting. We get curious about what’s asking to emerge. And we gently explore what needs to be let go of first. Systemic work helps us see what’s really shaping the choices we make - often things hidden in plain sight and when we see them , we can no longer unsee them!

A question for you

What part of your life feels in-between right now? What happens when you stay with it, rather than trying to fix or figure it out?

If this feels familiar, you're in good company. The threshold is a place of possibility. Coaching offers a steady presence as you find your way through.
