Transformation isn’t linear. But these are the three movements I often witness.
The Wake Up
That quiet (or not so quiet) realisation: something isn’t working. A disruption, a longing, or a slow unravelling that signals change is already underway.

The Threshold
The space between what was and what’s next. Often uncomfortable, disorienting, but rich with possibility. Where you begin to shed what no longer fits and listen more deeply.

The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.

TRANSFORMATION AND WELLBEING
Something in you already knows it’s time.
The Reality of Transformation
Often, the beginnings of transformation are quiet. A subtle shift. A discomfort you can’t quite name. You may not know exactly what needs to change, but you feel it. Something about the way you’re living, working, relating… no longer fits.
This work doesn’t offer answers, solutions, or quick fixes. It offers space.
Space to slow down and listen.
To notice the patterns you’re in.
To gently turn toward what’s been overlooked, ignored, or avoided.
And in that turning, something new begins to take root. The ripple effects reach far beyond your inner world.

Transformation doesn’t hand you a map. It grows your capacity to navigate the unknown.

executive coach. As an introverted person, I was initially cautious about entering into a coaching contract. However, within minutes of our first conversation, I found myself
opening up, thanks to Ria's incredible
empathy and listening skills.

MY APPROACH
Human-centered focus
This work isn’t about top-down solutions or rigid frameworks.
It’s about meeting you where you are and listening to what’s unfolding - in your life, your work, and your wider system.
Every person I work with brings their own questions, experiences, and pace. Rather than trying to fix or steer, we slow down enough to notice what’s really going on, and allow what’s ready to come into focus.
I stay close to what’s real in the moment, without rushing to insight. Sometimes that means sitting with discomfort. Sometimes it means naming the thing no one else has. And often, it means trusting something deeper than the mind to lead. There’s no formula here, only a commitment to honest, attuned relationship. This is how I hold space, and how change begins to take root.
If something in you feels drawn to this way of working, you don’t have to know why or what comes next. Just start from where you are. The rest will follow.
