Transformation usually begins with a nudge. A quiet moment that whispers, “this isn’t quite it.” The wake-up doesn’t arrive with fireworks - it shows up in small signs: restlessness, a tough conversation, a pattern you can't seem to shake.

Sometimes it’s a conversation that doesn’t sit right. Or a decision that felt off. Or maybe just a moment of stillness when you realise something deeper is calling.

What the Wake-Up Feels Like

* That quiet sense that something’s out of sync

* A loop you’re stuck in - again

* A subtle discomfort that doesn’t go away

* A longing for more depth, more meaning

Why It Matters to Notice

This moment, if we choose to pay attention can open the door to real change or transformation. It’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about reconnecting to something deeper, more whole. In coaching, I often see how these moments point to hidden dynamics at play, things that sit just below the surface but shape everything.

A question for you

Can you remember a time when something small nudged you to pause or question? What might that moment be asking of you now?

If this resonates

You're not alone. Coaching offers a space to slow down, tune in, and make sense of what’s emerging.
